About the Role

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated React Native Developer with a strong foundation in React.js and 6–8 months of Android development experience to join our fast-paced team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable mobile apps and eager to take ownership of real-world projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile & Web App Development: Build and maintain high-quality applications using React Native and React.js for Android and web platforms.


• Android Integration: Apply prior experience with Android Studio and native modules when required.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product leads, and backend engineers.


• Debugging & Optimization: Identify performance issues and bugs and apply optimizations to ensure smooth functionality.


• Code Standards: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews.


• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for apps and modules developed.

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.


• Minimum 2 years of experience with React.js and React Native.


• 6–8 months of hands-on Android development (Java/Kotlin).


• Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, Redux/MobX.


• Solid understanding of mobile app UI/UX standards.


• Version control experience (Git).

Nice to Have


• Familiarity with iOS development using React Native.


• Exposure to Firebase, CI/CD tools, or App Store/Play Store deployment.


• Knowledge of third-party integrations and SDKs.


• Local candidate from Nagpur or nearby region
