About the Project

We are an early-stage creator monetization platform with 1000+ registered users. The platform allows user-generated content uploads, engagement-based earning logic, subscriptions, admin governance controls, and payout systems.

The product is live and deployed. We are now focused on backend stabilization, performance optimization, and retention-driven feature development.

We are looking for a reliable, part-time full stack developer to work directly with the founder.

Frontend: React.js (hosted on Vercel)
Backend: FastAPI (Python)
Database: MongoDB

Responsibilities

• Audit and stabilize FastAPI backend
• Improve login/session reliability
• Refactor parts of monolithic backend safely
• Implement reward pool earning logic
• Build leaderboard and gamification features
• Improve database queries and performance
• Maintain strict staging-first deployment workflow
• Debug production issues safely (without direct production edits)

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with React
• Strong experience with FastAPI (mandatory)
• MongoDB database experience
• Experience with authentication (JWT/session handling)
• Understanding of payment gateway integrations
• Experience working with live production systems
• Ability to follow structured GitHub PR workflow
• Good communication and daily update discipline

Work Structure

• Remote
• 3–4 hours per day
• Monthly retainer
• Long-term opportunity based on performance

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and reliability)
