We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Developer to manage, customize, and support our ERP ecosystem along with integrated web and LMS platforms. The role requires strong backend development capabilities, hands-on experience with Odoo module customization, and the ability to work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules

● Configure and manage core Odoo apps (Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, etc.)

● Develop custom workflows and business logic in Odoo

● Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (websites, LMS, payment gateways, APIs)

● Debug and analyze Odoo logs for issue resolution

● Perform database management and optimization (PostgreSQL)

● Manage Odoo deployment (on-premise / cloud / Docker-based environments)

● Provide technical documentation for customizations

● Support and maintain integrated WordPress/LMS platforms when required

Required Technical Skills:

● Robust experience in Odoo development (Community or Enterprise)

● Proficiency in Python

● Strong understanding of Odoo ORM

● Experience in creating and modifying custom modules

● Knowledge of XML, QWeb, and Odoo views

● PostgreSQL database knowledge

● Understanding of Odoo security rules and access rights

● Experience debugging Odoo logs

Preferred / Good to Have Skills:

● Experience integrating Odoo with WordPress or LMS platforms

● API integration experience (REST APIs)

● Docker-based Odoo deployment experience

● Knowledge of payment gateway integrations

● Basic Linux server management

● Experience with subscription-based systems

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA / BCA

● 1–4 years of Odoo development experience

● Experience working on live ERP implementations
