3 to 5 years of software development in Java and at least 3 years in Spring Boot and Microservices

Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Design and develop robust, scalable microservices using Java 8+ and Spring Boot

Comprehensive technical skills covering the full microservices ecosystem

Implement RESTful APIs and web services for seamless integration

Build distributed systems with proper service decomposition and boundaries

Develop event-driven architectures using message queues and streaming platforms

Skilled in monolithic to microservices migration strategies.

Experience in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) with hands-on experience in cloud services.

Practical responsibilities from development to deployment

Modern tech stack including cloud, containers, and DevOps tools

Experience in designing and implementing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) like scalability, performance, and security.

Capable of handling high data volumes and designing analytics dashboards using analytical databases.

Ability to work as an individual contributor while managing and mentoring a team.

Strong client management skills to gather requirements and present system architectures.

Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is an advantage.

Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Banking domain is added advantage
