Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves promoting company products, providing product information, preparing quotations, and closing sales without field visits.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling
Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and availability.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

2. Sales Generation
Generate sales leads from online platforms and customer databases.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Quotation & Order Processing
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Coordinate with the accounts and warehouse team for order processing.
Ensure timely confirmation and delivery of orders.

4. Product Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge of company products such as:

Air Conditioners
Refrigerators
Televisions
Chimneys
Cooktops
Electrical items
Fans, Lights, Wires, Switches, etc.

5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a database of customers and leads.
Follow up for repeat sales and customer feedback.
Build long-term relationships with customers.

6. Reporting
Maintain daily sales and inquiry reports.
Update management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, email)
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business / online selling
Customer handling ability
Sales-oriented mindset
QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in retail sales / telecalling / inside sales preferred
Experience0 – 3 years in sales, telecalling, or retail sales.
SalaryAs per company policy + Incentives based on sales performance.
