Mind Web Tree is hiring a Generative AI Developer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and AI agents.

We are looking for candidates who have worked on real AI projects and can build production-ready applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Build AI agents and automation workflows
• Perform prompt engineering and optimize outputs
• Integrate OpenAI or other LLM APIs
• Build backend APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Work with embeddings and vector databases

Required Skills

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM projects
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture
• Experience with LangChain
• Experience in Prompt Engineering
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience integrating LLM APIs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FastAPI
• Knowledge of FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma
• GitHub or live AI project portfolio
• Experience deploying AI applications
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT preferred (not mandatory if technically strong).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
