Role Overview

We are hiring for a senior engineering professional with strong experience in real‑time payment systems, UPI, cards/issuer processing, PCI‑DSS environments and high‑throughput API platforms. The role involves building and scaling mission‑critical payment infrastructure used by banks, fintechs, merchants and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable payments infrastructure (UPI, cards, payouts, tokenization).

• Build high-availability APIs (<100ms latency targets).

• Integrate with banks, issuer processors, NPCI interfaces.

• Ensure PCI‑DSS, ISO8583/ISO20022 compliance.

• Optimize performance, reliability, and security.

Required Technical Skills

• UPI / IMPS / NEFT / BBPS workflows

• ISO 8583, EMV, card lifecycle, BIN table mgmt

• KMS / HSM, encryption, tokenization

• Distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, Postgres, Java/Go)

• Payment orchestration, gateway routing

Good to Have

• Experience with payment switches, issuer-hosted systems

• Exposure to fraud systems, risk engines

• Cloud-native payments infra

Experience

• 5–20 years depending on level

• Prior fintech or banking tech experience preferred
