Job Description:

Drishti IAS is hiring Business Development - Freelance will be working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Drishti IAS way of learning and will be responsible for mentoring students.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to students about various courses and programs across different verticals.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups to ensure smooth student onboarding.

• Achieve and exceed the KPIs set by the manager through effective sales strategies.

• Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to provide regular feedback.

• Conduct cold calling to engage potential students and maintain records of interactions and inquiries in CRM (LeadSquared).

Requirement and Desirability:

• English proficiency is mandatory for all positions.

• Must Have Laptop + Good Internet Connection.

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply.

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) for the specified positions.

• Interest in mentoring & guiding students.

• Good interpersonal & presentation skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales and counseling environment.
